Workshop details spring semester payment and registration
The Deanship of Student Affairs at Birzeit University organized a workshop on registration and payment for the 2018 Spring Semester on January 15, 2018.
The workshop was attended by Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Faisal Awadallah; Vice President for Financial and Administrative Affairs Rania Jaber; Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Mohammad Al Ahmad; Registrar and Director of Admissions Bassem Sayrafi; Director of Information Technology Department Yahia Yaish; representatives from the Financial Department; and Student Body Council President Omar Kisswani and student body representatives.
The workshop explored a number of issues brought up by the students, chief among them the completion of the registration process for the spring semester. Participants in the workshop emphasized the importance of cooperating with students facing financial hardships and helping them to continue their academic journeys. Registering in the Scholarships and Financial Aid system, said the participants, would provide students with the needed aid and support.
Participants also recommended that candidates for the Scholarships and Financial Aid system apply for the Government Student Loan Fund to receive loans that would help them continue their college registration process.
