Birzeit University, Bisan Systems To Train Graduates in Accounting Technology

Birzeit University’s Faculty of Law and Public Administration signed an agreement with Bisan Systems Company to develop students’ skills to compete in the job market.

 

The agreement was signed on December 23, 2013 by Dean Asem Khalil and Bisan Director General Michael Quffeh.

 

"The faculty and Bisan Company agreed to provide faculty students with training services based on Bisan Enterprise Systems,” said Dean Khalil, “and to expand employment opportunities in government and private institutions, which use this system."

 

Quffeh provided background on Bisan Company, which was founded in 1988 in the city of Ramallah and seeks to provide the Arab market with integrated solutions and systems in line with market requirements.

 

“In 2008, Bisan won the best online commercial system prize in the Middle East and North Africa for its Bisan Enterprise System,” he told those in attendance.

 

Quffeh said of the agreement, “this collaboration is part of Bisan's mission to provide training services for the educational sector, and to train university students in the Bisan accounting system."
