IoL Announces Publication of Palestine Yearbook of International Law Vol. XVI

The
Institute of Law at BZU, in cooperation with Kluwer
Law International and Martinus Nijhoff Publishers, announced the publication of
the “Palestine Yearbook of International Law, Vol. XVI.”

“Palestine
Yearbook of International Law” was previously published by Al-Shaybani Society
of International Law and has become as a key reference for legal materials
related to Palestinian issues. This year’s Yearbook is an important forum for
the international legal community, particularly for legal practitioners,
researchers and scholars.

Volume
XVI of the Palestine Yearbook of International Law is devoted to examining the
United Nations Fact Finding Mission on the Gaza Conflict, headed by Judge Richard
Goldstone. The Yearbook examines the Goldstone Report and its consequences by
bringing together the work of a group of international lawyers and scholars
familiar with the challenges posed by the war on the Gaza Strip and its
aftermath. The volume also includes book reviews and relevant documentation
produced by various organs of the United Nations on the occupied Palestinian territory, legislations and judicial decisions of national courts.
