The Fourth Geneva Convention for the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War and the Additional Protocols to the Geneva Conventions specializing in the protection of victims of international armed conflicts and international non-armed disputes, in terms of protected rights, the binding force of its provisions, the rules of international responsibility in accordance with the rules of international humanitarian law.
