The meaning of international crime, its elements and forms: war crimes, crimes against humanity, the crime of genocide, crimes against peace and human security, individual criminal responsibility for international crimes. International criminal tribunals, especially the International Criminal Court in terms of: composition, nature, characteristics, the applicable law, the crimes within its jurisdiction, and the mechanisms of enforcement of international rulings.
