Background
This Higher Education partnership programme between The British Council, University of Salford, University of South Wales, Coventry University and participating Palestinian Higher Education Institutions aims to enable colleagues working within Palestinian Higher Education Institutions to develop policy frameworks, pedagogical practices and the wider supporting student engagement structures towards embedding entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial skills and abilities in students, which are appropriate for sustained success in the 21st century global graduate market place.
The Programme is to be delivered over three phases, with Phase One commencing in February 2017, with follow up session in spring 2017 and a final session in early 2018.
Phase One of the programme will focus on working in partnership with participating Palestinian Higher Education Institutions to facilitate the development of practice in three areas day to day business. Each of these areas of practice will also contain an explicit consideration of the role technology and the role the digital environment will play in defining individual programme outcomes.
