Basic skills for developing independent art practice, and choosing specific themes as a framework, and research methodologies for working in the art. A combination between theory, history, practice and applications of techniques. Guidelines for developing the process of art production through a series of fast pace projects using different techniques, drawing and photography as research tools, and methodologies for developing and specifying the project’s main theme. Research on art projects and relating it to art history and different literature, in addition to documenting the working process and research utilizing sketchbooks and folders. Two hours of theory in the field of art history and early classical cultures and the middle Ages (two hours theory, 9 hours practical).
