UNLOCK is a four-level academic English course from Cambridge University Press and Discovery Education™ . It offers a fresh approach to critical thinking skills and enables learners to develop the academic skills and language that will lead them to success in their studies. It addresses competencies that unite situations, linguistic skills, and functions as well as using technology to foster learner autonomy in learning English.
UNOCK aligns with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) a guideline used to describe achievements of learners of foreign languages across Europe. The Common European Framework divides learners into three broad divisions that can be divided into six levels; for each level, it describes what a learner is supposed to be able to do in reading, listening, speaking and writing.
