Birzeit University celebrates the achievements of its students who display academic excellence by including their names in an honor list for each Spring or Fall semester. This includes regular and part-time students who have attained a total average of no less than 85% in that semester, provided that none of their course grades fall below 80%. In addition to honoring their names, the university waives the tuition fees of honor list students.
In addition to the above-mentioned prerequisites, inclusion in the honor list is determined according to the following:
- Courses that do not have credit hours are not calculated for the purposes of inclusion on the honor list.
- Results of summer semester courses are not calculated for honor listing.
