Jawwal Offers Internships to Students
The Alumni and Career Services Office at Birzeit University announced recently a new internship opportunity at “Ana Jawwal” program. Employees from Jawwal interviewed on October 6, 2016, graduates from the university to choose the most eligible candidate to participate in the program.
The program, offered by Jawwal, provides students with a focused and challenging experience in marketing, customer service and selling.
Students will be able to practice what they’ve learned by managing the points of sales for Jawwal that are distributed around campus.
The Director of the Alumni and Career Services Office Wojdan Farraj reaffirmed the office’s mission that aims at bridging the gap between academic study and its practical application in professional arenas, through offering internships and training opportunities that enhance our students’ efficiencies and competencies in the job market.”
“ We view our students as our future workforce. We need them to apply their education to real-world applications, enhance their résumés, and build relationships with potential employers,” Farraj added.
