Consolidation workshop between key stakeholders and small and medium-sized enterprises in cultural and creative sectors

As part of the Capitalization for Re-setting Innovation and Sustainability in Med-Cities (CARISMED), a team from Birzeit University organized a workshop on August 27, 2023, in Hebron under the title “Establishing the Relationship Between Craft Clusters in the Innovation Lab and Partner Institution.”

The participants discussed the results and outcomes of a series of four workshops and training activities conducted by artisans in Hebron as a preliminary step toward designing and establishing the innovation lab. During the workshop, the participants outlined the lab mechanisms and operating system in accordance with the results of previous workshops. They also discussed establishing a framework for a memorandum of understanding between the stakeholders to ensure the success of the project and agreed on a timeline for the implementation plan.

Dr. Shadi Ghadban, director of the CARISMED project, handed the artisans participation certificates in recognition of their participation in the training sessions.
