Munib R. Al-Al-Masri born in Nablus in 1934, graduated from the University of Texas in 1952, with a bachelor's degree in Geology and a master's degree in International Affairs and Relations. He is a board member of the Arab Bank and Palestine Telecommunications Group, and chairman of PADICO Group Holding. Masri is an ex-chairman of Al-Quds University Board of Trustees, and chairs the Palestine Forum. Masri owns several oil drilling companies in Arab and international countries, operating within the American company Phillips Petroleum. Masri served as the Jordanian Minister of Public Works in 1975. Al-Masri ranks 33 in the list of the wealthiest in the Arab world, and has investments in 20 countries.
