Preparatory Committee

The Preparatory Committee established through a decision of the Deanship of Student Affairs includes faculty members, staff and representatives from all the students’ blocs.

The Preparatory Committee is responsible of:

  • Receiving the documents and reports from the former Students Council, and assume its functions
  • Regulates the laws and elections processes including the elections campaign until the Secretary of the Student Council is formed.
  •  The University Council, through the Vice President of Academic Affairs will be informed of the Preparatory Committee’s tasks
  • Meetings minutes and meetings decisions are circulated regularly
