وذلك يومي الاربعاء والخميس الموافق 16/11/2011 و 17/11/2011 في قاعة كمال ناصر، تبدأ فعاليات المؤتمر الساعة التاسعة
والنصف. إن المؤتمر العلمي هو أحد أنشطة مشروع يموله الاتحاد الأوروبي ومن خلال
