The two Students "Malak Afouneh" and "Palestina Jaber" win the Excellence and Innovation Prize - News

The student "Malak Afouneh" at the Media Department earned the
Yousef Na’was Award in recognition of her excellence in writing poetry, while
the student “Palestina Jaber” at the Department of English Language and
Literature was awarded the Ni’meh Faris Prize for her excellence in English

 Literature

BZU President, Dr.
Khalil Hindi, honored the two students and wished them further progress and
excellence.

On the other hand, the Chairperson of the Media
Department, Dr. Waleed Al Shurafa, and the Chairperson of the English Language
and Literature Department, Dr. Azem Assaf, expressed their pride of their
students, emphasizing the importance and necessity of awards in encouraging excellence.

Jaber considered the prize
as a great push for creativity, and commended the role played by BZU in encouraging
excellence, while the student Afouneh expressed her feelings of happiness and great
joy to be chosen among a number of outstanding students.
