Renowned food critic introduces French cuisine to Birzeit University 

Students go on a culinary adventure, taste French delicacies

François Regis Gaudry, a French journalist and food critic, gave a lecture on Birzeit University’s campus on the culinary heritage and traditions of France. The lecture, held on May 2, 2018, was organized by the Department of French Language at Birzeit University together with the French Institute in Palestine, and coincided with the Fourth French Culinary Week. 

The lecture introduced students to traditional French cuisine that Gaudry handpicked from France. 

François Regis Gaudry is a journalist and a food critic. He graduated from the Institute for Political Studies (IEP) in Paris, and serves as the vice editor of the French magazine “The Express.”
