Public administration students gain policy-paper analysis, drafting skills in training workshop

The Department of Public Administration at Birzeit University, together with the Institute of Public Policies, has recently concluded a training workshop for students on the analysis and writing of policy papers.

The workshop provided a framework for effective policy-making, introducing participants to the core types of policy papers and providing them with key tips on how to analyze and write such documents. Additionally, the workshop offered insights on how to base analyses on real cases in challenging contexts, especially regarding economic and environmental issues.

The students were offered certificates of participation at the end of  the workshop in a special ceremony attended by Dr. Hani Mousa, chairman of the Department of Public Administration, Dr. Ahmad Musleh, a faculty member at the Department of Political Science, Dr. Mohammad Odeh, director of the Institute of Public Policies, and Dr. Abdallah Annajjar, a board member at the institute.
