Preparations by Welfare Association to Construct Palestinian Museum on BZU Campus

BZU
enthusiastically received news of the Welfare Association’s plan to construct the
Palestinian Museum on the BZU campus. Following
an extensive selection process, the Welfare Association chose
Irish architecture firm Heneghan Peng to develop a master plan and design this
special project. The selection board
consisted of experts and members of the Welfare
Association, in addition to BZU President and member of the Welfare Association
General Assembly, Dr. Khalil Hindi.

Dr. Hindi stated that the museum is an endeavor which will
profoundly impact the scientific, intellectual and historical directions of BZU.
He added that this museum will be a unique source of knowledge and discussion
of Palestinian culture and history.
