Library Staff Trained in Library of Congress System

The Birzeit University Main Library concluded a five-day training course on the Library of Congress classification system, held from November 24-29, 2014, covering 30 hours of training.

Seventeen employees from the Main Library and branch libraries participated in the course, alongside library staff from Bethlehem University and Al-Quds Open University.

At the end of the course, certificates were distributed to the participants and trainers in the presence of Vice President for Academic Affairs Henry Giacaman and library director Diana Sayej - Nasir.
