International pioneers in adaptive leadership visit BZU, look into cooperation

Hosted by UN Women’s Palestine Country Office, a team of international experts in the field of adaptive leadership visited the Faculty of Business and Economics at Birzeit University on 19 October. The team discussed the topic of adaptive leadership with a number of faculty members and MBA students.

Vice President of Academic Affairs Dr. Faisal Awadallah and Dean of the Faculty Dr. Grace Khoury welcomed the experts and explored prospects for future cooperation in research; student and faculty exchange; and joint conferences. 

The team included Marc Thompson, a senior fellow in strategy and organization at Said Business School-Oxford University; Mark Munger, a senior consultant with the Plexus Institute, Washington, USA; and Hanne Dorthe Soerensen,  experienced leadership development consultant and associate professor at the Copenhagen Business School. 

 Department chairs and masters’ programs coordinators also attended the meeting.
