Institute of Environmental and Water Studies Hosts School Visit

The Director of the Institute of Environmental and Water Studies at Birzeit University, Dr. Rashed Al-Sa'ed, welcomed the 11^th-grade students of the 'Atara School on November 26, 2017. The director detailed the environmental problems in Palestine to the students and showcased the damage that the Israeli authorities cause to the Palestinian ecosystem. The director called for the students to take care of Palestinian natural resources, and to avoid doing anything that might pollute them.

The students also visited the Testing Laboratories Center where the Director of the Center, Bilal Ammous, explained how the center performs its various tests and showcased the working mechanisms of the testing machines.
