Initiating Jasmine Café Achievement Fund

The “Jasmine Café
Achievement Fund” agreement was signed on 26 January 2012, in the
presence of BZU President, Dr. Khalil
Hindi, Director of Pal - Mark
Company and Jasmine
Café, Mr. Jack Saadeh, and the Director
of BZU Advancement Office, Manal Issa.

The Fund
will provide the “Social
Responsibility Grant 2012” to outstanding undergraduate
students. The award
covers 30% of the total tuition fees of five undergraduate students who distinguish themselves in social and voluntary work and obtain a good cumulative average.

Dr. Hindi
expressed his appreciation for Saadeh’s concern in supporting academic
development at BZU.

Saadeh called upon all
segments of society, especially business
people, to provide assistance to those in need, particularly universities as seats of learning in service of the
nation.
