Grants and contracts officer participates in Marburg staff week
The staff training week, funded and supported by Erasmus+, is aimed at staff members who are involved in student mobility within the Erasmus+ Programme at the international offices of higher education institutions.
Marburg’s training week included 30-partner universities, where Haj Yassin presented an overview on Birzeit University’s history, academic programs and projects organized under the Erasmus+ scheme for building capacities and providing exchange opportunities for students, faculty and staff.
During the one-week visit, the participants discussed the means for developing students and faculty exchange conditions. It offered the opportunity to network and share experiences with international universities.
The visit opened new frontiers for academic and research cooperation with Erasmus+ partner institutions and Birzeit University, in coordination with the university’s External Academic Relations Office.
