CARISMED Project holds Its First Introductory Meeting in Hebron City
CARISMED Project holds Its First Introductory Meeting in Hebron City On the 4 th of August 2022, the team of Capitalization for Re-setting Innovation and Sustainability in Med-Cities (CARISMED) project, represented by the project coordinator Prof. Shadi Ghadban, met a group of the project stakeholders at Hebron Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Hebron City.
The aim of this introductory meeting is to introduce CARISMED project as a new project; the team introduced project’s goal and objectives, methodology, synergies with other projects, target Groups and final Beneficiaries, project partners, project work packages, and also the role of stakeholders.
It is worth noting that this meeting was attended by representatives from Hebron Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Hebron Governorate, Hebron Municipality, Hebron rehabilitation committee, Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities/ Hebron office, Palestine Polytechnic University- faculty of Engineering, Environment Quality Authority/ Hebron office, The Ministry of Economy, Centre for Cultural Heritage Preservation – CCHP, Palestinian Federation of Crafts and the Ministry of culture.
At the end of the meeting, the floor was opened for deep discussion between stakeholders in term how different parties can cooperate to achieve the objectives of the project.
