BZU Ranks First in “Waves of Joy" Contest

On 27 June 2012, in recognition of its excellence in voluntary
work, BZU ranked first in the
Arab universities contest, "Waves of Joy.” This contest was
organized by the National Beverage Company in cooperation with IINJAZ Palestine[1].

The aim of the educational program "Waves
of Joy" is to train university students on planning, organizing
and financing projects pertaining to social
responsibility that impact their communities and bring about positive social change.
The activities of this program were simultaneously
kicked off in a number of Arab universities located
in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon,
Jordan and Palestine.

[1]  INJAZ Palestine is a member nation of the worldwide
organization Junior Achievement which was established in
1919.
