Birzeit University Celebrates 39th Summer School Commencement

Birzeit University celebrated on September 13, 2014 the graduation of approximately 160 students from the 39^th summer school, in the presence of acting president Henry Giacaman, members of the University Council, and graduates’ parents.

Giacaman congratulated the graduates and their families, emphasizing that the university graduated this year more than 2,150 students of various disciplines.

At the end of the ceremony, registrar Khaled Al-Tukhman read off graduates’ names as they were handed their certificates. The graduates then professed their commitment to the graduates’ oath, which was read by Giacaman.
