Birzeit Microsoft Ambassadors Hold Orientation

Birzeit University’s Microsoft ambassadors held an orientation meeting on March 31, 2014 to introduce different Microsoft software and programs to students. The meeting was attended by computer systems engineering and computer science students.

Student Ambassadors Mohammed Imleh and Amani Hamayel presented the most important programs and services provided by Microsoft Corp. to students free of charge, such as Dream Spark and BizSpark.

They also explained to the audience the Imagine Cup competition, which is an annual international competition comprised of five major technology contests, including one in software design. The competition will be held at Birzeit University on April 16, 2014, and will be sponsored by the Najjad Zeenni Information Technology Center of Excellence.
