Students are guaranteed five guest tickets. The ceremony will last approximately 1.5 hours and you are asked to remain in the ceremony location for the entire ceremony to avoid any disruption for the ceremony proceedings.

Unfortunately, we are unable to admit latecomers once the ceremony has begun
Unauthorized filming of the graduation ceremony is not permitted
The Graduation Ceremonies are not suitable for babies or children under the age of five as they are long, formal occasions and so we advise you not bring your children.
Birzeit University’s Graduation Ceremonies will be held at the Ali El-Haj Stadium. We recommend guests arrive at least 1 hours before the graduation ceremony begins.

It is with pleasure that we invite faculty members to attend Birzeit University’s Graduation Ceremonies and represent their department as part of the Academic Procession. It is very special to both our students and their guests to share this memorable occasion with the staff who have supported them throughout their time at the university.
