My professional journey began at Birzeit University in 2011 as an academic staff member in the Department of Biology - Faculty of Science.I was appointed as a committee member of the Doctor of Pharmacy program in the same year, where I contributed a lot to developing the program’s study plan and recruiting teaching staff for the Doctor of Pharmacy program. My academic load at that time was between the Department ofBiology and the Faculty of Pharmacy,Nursing and Health Professions, knowing that my load was complete in the Faculty of Pharmacy, Nursing and Health Professions. A year after my appointment at the University, I was transferred to the Faculty of Pharmacy, Nursing and Health Professions
by Dr. Tamer El-Esawy to cover courses in the Faculty of Pharmacy, Nursing and Health Professions. My academic load was very large due to the lack of sufficient cadres in the field of anatomy and physiology. In 2015, I was appointed as the Head the audiology and Speech therapy department.
In 2016, I was hired as the Acting Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Nursing and Health professions for one semester, and then as the dean of the faculty of Pharmacy, Nursing and Health Professions from 2017 to 2019 and during the first year of the deanship, I was also appointed as the Director of the Master's Program in Medical Laboratory Sciences. In 2021, I was appointed again as Dean of the faculty of Pharmacy, Nursing and Health Professions. I participated in many committees within the college such as, the head of the cadre committee and a member of the
Alnezam committee, and also I participated as a member of the grants and financial aid committee of Birzeit University.
