Obtained a master's degree in educational administration (2005) and have held various management positions at the university, including research and teaching assistant in the Biology department for two years and Academic Adviser for students of the Faculty of Science and the Financial Adviser and Financial Aid Coordinator at the Deanship of Student Affairs. In 2005, moved to work in the Quality Assurance Unit under the Vice President for Academic Affairs. In September 2016, the unit's work was integrated with the Monitoring and Evaluation Unit under the Vice President for Planning and Development, and serve as Director of the unit.

In addition, served on several Univeisity wide committees.
