Mathematics Day Highlights Students Research

Math students and professors gathered on December 18, 2016 for a Math Research Day. The one-day event showcased the research of undergraduate students at Birzeit University and invited participation of academics and students from other Palestinian universities.

Assistant to the Dean of Science Abdelrahim Mousa said that the event was to highlight student achievement and excellence and provide opportunities for students to work on their research and presentation skills, while encouraging faculty and students to interact and share knowledge.

Mousa announced that standout research will be sent to German universities for circulation and to provide students with the opportunity to improve their academic skills and develop their knowledge.
