Practical Training in any governmental organization (related to the central government) , any Local Governance organization, or nongovernmental organization for minimum eight weeks (total 3000 actual hours). Training should include a weekly meeting with the instructor. At the end of the training , trainees should write an evaluation report with focus on connecting theory and conceptual frameworks with practice and application in real life i cases from the Palestinian context. Trainees also are expected to recommend corrective actions in some weaknesses that they noticed during their training, and recommend building on strengths that they noticed.
