The focus in this course is to explore advanced technologies such as molecular and serology used for the identification of fungi. In addition, we will attempt to identify the presence of sexual reproduction in some imperfect fungi candida usingapproved methods. We would like to have our own collection of yeasts and molds for future use in teaching and research.
