This course reflects on the signed trade agreements between Palestine and Israel, in accordance with the Paris Protocol, and between Palestine and other states (Euro-Mediterranean Partnership agreements, Turkey, Jordan, Egypt, the United States, Canada, Russia…etc) from a theoretical and practical perspectives. The course also analyses the significance and impact of these agreements on Palestine’s national economy, and illustrates the relation between such agreements and World Trade Organization (WLO) regulations.
