This course aims to provide students with the essential knowledge of the contemporary issues in finance at the local, regional, and international levels. In this course individual and group case studies and research papers are used to integrate key financial knowledge and to builds a conceptual foundation through integrative analysis, academic research, practical application, and critical thinking. The course will cover the emerging topics in banking sector, stock markets, risk management, corporate and international finance that vary from semester to semester based on the course syllabus.
