David Weir is Professor of Intercultural Management at York St John Business School. He is Professor Emeritus of North Umbria

 University, Partner at Fourth Paradigm Consulting and chairman of the Editorial Advisory Board of Cambridge Scholars. He introduced the first Executive MBA in a UK University Business School in 1975 at Glasgow University and has over forty years of experience of executive management development. He has undertaken senior level consulting in several countries in the MENA region with clients including the Palestinian Authority, the Islamic Development Bank, the UAE government, Wataniya Telecom etc.

Ruud Kronenburg

Professor in marketing and sales, holds a PhD from Grenoble Ecole De Management.

Dr. Kronenburg established Crown & Borough consulting, and he is currently the Senior Managing Director. He also held the position of Dean of Caterpillar University (2001-2015) where he was accountable for learning process, curriculum and technology development, and people capability development.

Sue Abdinnour

PhD in Business (Operations Management) from the University of Indiana. M.Sc. in Operations Research from University of

Southampton.

She conducts research in decision making, management and information management. Sue does a lot of professional

Training and consulting with companies, especially SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) on topics such as strategy, process improvement, decision making, and technology selection.

Josette Dijkhuizen

PhD in Psychology of Entrepreneurship, a master degree in marketing, in management & Organization Sciences. She worked for ten years at different international SMEs in sales and marketing jobs. She started her own company in 2005, she works as an entrepreneur consultant and mentor for various companies and organizations.

Josette gives presentations and lectures for financial institutes, universities, councils, and other entrepreneurial organizations. She also attends international conferences across the globe.

George Tovstiga

Dr. sc. tech. ETH Zurich, MBA; Professor of Strategy  at EDHEC Business School (Paris, FRANCE) where his research and teaching are focused on strategy practice, competitive strategy and strategic innovation .George’s professional career path has encompassed industry management practice, top management consulting and academia. His particular focus is in the area of executive management Education.

Prof. Dr. Michael J Capone has 20 years’ experience in CRM as a business analyst, project manager, author and professor. He earned his PhD in Consumer Behavior and was Professor of Marketing and CRM Strategy at SDSU, USD and UCSD from 2005-2011.
