A survey and analysis of historical development of architecture and human settlements during the Prehistoric, Egyptian, Mesopotamian, Greek and Roman civilizations within a historic, cultural and technical framework, analysis of issues of art of architecture and building within its human context, architectural style in terms of morphology, construction, and formation.
