Drafting applications and technical skills necessary for conveying design ideas, drafting accurate architectural drawings and presenting them using pencil and ink techniques, key concepts include reading and understanding architectural drawings, architectural elements and terminologies, use of drafting instruments, line types and their applications, scale and units of measurement, dimension conventions and applications, lettering techniques and applications, and orthographic projections of floor plans, sections and elevations, isometric and oblique drawings. (Studio 6 hours)
