Aims to improve the students’ knowledge, experiences and skills in teaching social studies, by raising the following topics: presenting and analyzing social studies textbooks for high schools, the teaching aids used in teaching social studies, the mechanism of the students’ evaluation, the lesson plans development related to teaching social studies, implementing teaching methods and styles, with forming professional attitudes of the teacher’s role in the learning and teaching processes, as well as drawing a personal philosophy towards learning.
