This course focuses on issues related to quality and standardization of development, implementation and evaluation of ICT in Education. More precisely it addresses the concept of quality in terms of processes and methods as well as outputs of e-learning, setting up standards and criteria for selected and/ or developed digital learning activities and resources and production of tools for evaluation of e-learning. It also addresses issues of ICT adaptation and the quality of learning in the Palestinian schools.
