Students are guaranteed five guest tickets. The ceremony will last approximately 1.5 hours and you are asked to remain in the ceremony location for the entire ceremony to avoid any disruption for the ceremony proceedings.

- Students and guests sit separately.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to admit latecomers once the ceremony has begun
- Unauthorized filming of the graduation ceremony is not permitted
- The Graduation Ceremonies are not suitable for babies or children under the age of five as they are long, formal occasions and so we advise you not bring your children.
Birzeit University’s Graduation Ceremonies will be held at the Ali El-Haj Stadium. We recommend guests arrive at least 1 hours before the graduation ceremony begins.
