Building capabilities, in the science of data and artificial intelligence, is essential in order to enable Palestine to participate in this digital transformation, to benefit from certain opportunities, and to help determine Palestine’s national and fair priorities; in order to achieve development and protection from exploitation and dangerous data usage.
