Osayd is a PhD Candidate at the Center for Comparative Constitutional Studies, Melbourne Law School. He is in the last stage of writing a thesis about the Palestinian Constitutional Court, in which he assesses its de jure and de facto independence since the Coup in 2007 and examines how did the West Bank regime ‘benefit’ from its judgments. He holds a second-class honor LL.M. from Melbourne Law School. He obtained his LL.B. in Law from Birzeit University Palestine in 2013.
