Cathrine Abuamsha is a Palestinian licensed lawyer, specialized in Human rights and currently working as a Human Rights Research and Advocacy intern at Al-Haq Organization in Ramallah. Cathrine holds an LL.B. Degree from Al-Quds University, and an LL.M. Degree from Syracuse University College of Law in New York. During her internship at Al-Haq; Cathrine conducts desk and field researches, draft reports and working papers, as well as other tasks within the field of Human Rights researching and advocacy. Previously, Cathrine was a Human Rights research intern at Badil Resource Center for Palestinian Residency and Refugee Rights where within her internship she took part in drafting two working papers in advocacy of Palestinian refugees and internally displaced persons’ rights, which were published by Badil. Cathrine has been a licensed lawyer since 2017.
