Kutayba Alghanim graduated from Berkeley University in California with a Bachelor of Arts/Science. He is the chairman of Gulf Bank in Kuwait, the second largest bank in the Gulf, and controls the largest proportion of the bank’s assets in favor of Alghanim Industries, a holding company for numerous businesses in Kuwait including one of the largest General Motors agencies in the world.
