Short-term exchange of  teachers, experts and representatives of the cultural sector

The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation provides the opportunity to apply for contributions for short-term exchange of visits of teachers, experts and representatives of the cultural sector.

The purpose of the exchange is the development of bilateral cultural relations in areas of common interest and also to promote specific collaborations between universities and research institutions.

Applicants shall dispose of an official invitation by an Italian university or cultural institution. 

Documents required 

1) Letter of invitation from the host institution, written on letterhead, dated and signed, and clearly showing the dates for the mission;
2) Letter of acceptance of the guest, written on letterhead, dated and signed;
3) Curriculum Vitae of the candidate;
4) Work plan for the mission to be carried out, which briefly describes the planned activity during the stay;
5) Copy of the applicant's identity document.

Applications should be sent to the Consulate General of Italy in Jerusalem together with all the documents required segreteria.gerusalemme@esteri.it

Grant Condition

Contribution corresponds to a flat-rate reimbursement calculated in € 120.00 per day for the first 6 days and € 93.00 per day for the seventh and the eighth day (total maximum € 906.00).
The contributions are for no more than 8 days.
