The Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World (OWSD) is an international organization founded in 1987 and based at the offices of the World Academy of Science (TWAS), in Trieste, Italy. It is one of the UNESCO programs and aims to increase the participation of women in developing countries in scientific and technological research, teaching and leadership, more about this organization at https://owsd.net/.
OWSD is currently looking for minimum 25 women researchers to enroll in the OWSD mother organization at owsd.net/membership/membership.
The National Chapter will be launched at International Women’s Day, under umbrella and Patronage of Palestine Academy for Science and Technology (PALAST).
