Lecture focuses on women's entrepreneurial leadership in societies

The Faculty of Business and Economics at Birzeit University held on February 22, 2017 a lecture entitled "Women Entrepreneurship", presented by senior lecturer in marketing at Cardiff University Shumaila Yousafzai. 
Yousafzai presented her research which focuses on women’s role and proportion in the entrepreneurial population, and the role of governments to pay attention to the value of woman entrepreneurs’ offer to society.  
Lecturer Yousafzai stated that faculty members can send research proposals to work with her on her new research projects on the value of women entrepreneurship. The selected papers will be published in a special journal issue and a new edited book by Routledge. 
A number of faculty members attended the lecture including the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Ecnomics Dr. Grace Khoury, the Head of the MBA program Suhail Sultan, Instructor Wojdan Farraj, and a number of academics and scholars.
