Maltese Cultural Day Soon on Campus

The university’s Dean of Student Affairs Mohammad Al Ahmad and the director of the Palestine and Arab Studies Program (PAS) Tina Rafidi met on January 31, 2017 with the Maltese Representative in Palestine Reuben Gauci, planning for a Maltese Cultural Day to be held on campus.

The cultural day will be organized next March and will include cultural and literary events with Maltese intellectuals and writers.

Both parties agreed that Maltese Day represents an important opportunity to set up new partnerships and review existing ones, while introducing Palestinian students to Maltese culture and traditions.
