Birzeit Women’s Basketball Team Wins University Championship

Birzeit University's women's basketball squad won the university championship hosted on its home court. Three other teams played in championship, Al Quds University, An Najah National University, and Bethlehem University.

Birzeit's team was tenacious in the championship final, beating Bethlehem University with a score of 32 to 24. An Najah took third place and Al Quds was ranked fourth.
